Just a few weeks away from our annual Labor Day Festival and Reunion. The details have been hashed out and it looks like it’s going to be a great time. You won’t want to miss this year’s tour of the historical Hide Town site.


Friday September 1st

6 pm - Fajita Dinner ($15)

Saturday September 2nd

6:30 am - Hidetown 5k run/walk

7 am - Breakfast Burritos

- Jody Powledge Memorial BBQ Cook Off (cooks meeting)

7:30 am - Steak Cook Off (cooks meeting)

10 am - Parade

- Festival at the Old Jail

Fort Elliot FFA Food Booth

Vendor Fair, Bounce Houses, Kids games, Museum Tour & Live Music

11-2 pm - Class Reunion and 100th Anniversary of Old School Building

12-5 pm - Quilt Show

- Kenneth Wyatt Art Exhibit & Sale

2:30 pm - Mud Volleyball Tournament

9 - 1 am - Old Settlers dance - 9 EYES ($10 tickets)


Sunday September 3rd


10:30 am - Church @ the Old Jail

- Fort Elliot FFA Food Booth

12-8 pm - Bounce House and Kid’s games

12- 6 pm - Vendor Fair

12 - 5 pm - Quilt Show

- Kenneth’s Wyatt Art Exhibit and Sale

1-4:30 pm - Historic Hidetown Wagon Ride

1 pm - Cornhole Tournament

- Mud volleyball tournament
